PLAYER BIOGRAPHY
I was born and raised here in Utah. I am the second of four kids in my family. I have been playing competitive soccer for over six years (as of 2022). I have always played goalkeeper for my club team. I enjoy listening to music, hanging out with my friends, and traveling with my family.
In school, I was the secretary of the Hope Squad during my junior year where we offer help to students who may be struggling with depression or even suicidal thoughts. I have also been involved as a peer tutor since middle school, working with special needs students. I was recently elected secretary of the Senior Class for my upcoming senior year. I am interested in studying nursing in college and eventually becoming a flight nurse.
In my soccer life, I enjoy playing with both my high school and competitive teams. Traveling with my club team has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had with my family and teammates. I also love to train young and up-and-coming goalkeepers in our community. To put life in perspective, every year my club team raises money for families or individuals in need during the holiday season. We sell homemade cookie dough and/or just take monetary donations. Our coaches give us the money raised and send us to go shop for the family. We then eat pizza and wrap the gifts. Afterward, we leave the gifts on their porch, ring the doorbell, and run. It is one of the most fun things we do together as a team. In 2019, we raised over $10,000 for a very needy family. Christmas 2020 was skipped due to Covid, but this past Christmas (2021) we topped 2019 by raising just over $16,000. It is always a great source of pride for our team when we are able to make a difference in someone's life.
